K Lilia Interior Design Home Shop?
The Home Shop offered by K Lilia Interior Design offers to-the-trade furniture items and decor accessories to the general public. Typically, these trade pieces were purchased exclusively to be used in our full-service design projects. Now, through our shop you and anyone, not just our full-service design clients, can purchase these pieces for your home or business.
To make this possible, we have partnered with SideDoor to fulfill the logistics and customer service needs of our shop. All items are fully shoppable, and conveniently delivered to your doorstep by SideDoor, directly from the manufacturer.
SideDoor has partnered with us to offer these to-the-trade pieces to you without you having to invest in a full-service design project, if you are not ready to make that investment, at this time.
Don't worry about your information not being safe when shopping our home shop. SideDoor securely processes your orders, fulfills the items, and have it delivered to your home or office, directly from the manufacturer. All your data and transactions are encrypted. If you have any damage or delivery issues with your order, please contact SideDoor Customer Team or via their chat widget [visible while on shopping page]. Please be advised that you must create an account with SideDoor when adding items to the cart, or beginning the checkout process.
Availability of individual items are displayed when viewing the particular item on the shopping page. If availability information changes for an item, the SideDoor team will contact you directly to advise of you of lead time information for the item.
If the item is on backordered, it will be notated while viewing the item. Orders can be placed for backordered items. Please contact SideDoor Customer Team or via their chat widget [visible while on shopping page] if you have any concerns about placing an order for backordered item(s).
Sizes, Finishes, Colors, Shapes,
If you see an item in our shop, and you need a different size, color, finish, or even another shape, please send us an email at email@example.com detailing your request. We have such a huge inventory of our designer items, we will gladly find what you need, and get your order processed.
Prices shown for our items are always at the internet minimum advertised price. This pricing is set directly by the manufacturer. Therefore, if you find a lower price from another retailer, at this moment, we will not be able to price match. Keep in mind that our prices include all shipping and handling fees.
Most importantly, by shopping with K Lilia Interior Design Home Shop, you are supporting a small business that is woman-owned, Latina-owned, Black-owned and local. Supporting our shop means supporting our local partners, vendors, contractors, charity organizations and economy. By shopping with us, you are supporting the interior design industry, instead of big-box retailers. That means so much to us, and we sincerely can't thank you enough for your support!
At this time, we are not able to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. The reason for this is that all items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and are treated as custom orders.
All sales are final unless product is damaged in transit to your location. Upon delivery, immediately inspect the item for any damages or missing parts. If any issues, please contact SideDoor Customer Team directly. SideDoor will gladly arrange repair or full replacement of item, at no cost to you.
Shipping & Handling Calculated?
Prices shown for all items include shipping fees and door-to-door delivery. The shipping and handling costs are determined and handled by SideDoor.
Will Items Ship?
You will receive an email communication directly from SideDoor regarding when items are ready to ship from the manufacturer.
Furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer via a freight carrier. When your items are ready to be delivered to your location, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
Furniture will be delivered via door-to-door service only. Under no circumstances will the delivery personnel enter your home or business location. For heavy items, please arrange for someone to be available to bring the item(s) inside your home upon delivery.
SideDoor can arrange "white glove" delivery for an extra fee, if you desire. White Glove delivery includes light assembly, placement of item(s) in the designated room(s), and packaging removal. Please contact SideDoor Customer Team to arrange "white glove" delivery service for your order.
