Well, our 3D Rendering Design Service is for you. With a 3D rendering, K Lilia Interior Design can harmonize and visualize your design before you purchase anything. Trust us, the furniture stores can wait. Now, before everything gets purchased and delivered, seeing a realistic view in the form of a 3D image of your space incorporating your dream furniture and accessories allows you to get the look and feel for your space ...just as you would see it in person.
Because once all furniture items are delivered and put in their place, and you hate how it all looks, it’s much too late. You can end up with a whole lot of regrets, frustration and disappointment for many days, even years, to come.
WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE WITH THIS SERVICE?

One (1) 3D view of the space, in the form of an image, showing furniture items, material selections, fabrics and textures. The image will be completely photorealistic, or may include combination of photorealistic items and non-photorealistic items

If you are purchasing the 3D view for color explorations for your space, you have the option to receive your 3D image in a non-photorealistic version

You also have the option to receive black/white, stylized colored pencil, sketched grayscale or any other preferred stylized version of your 3D image at an additional cost

As optional, you can also invest in the purchase of a video walk-through of the space for an additional cost

This service includes watermarked progress image for your review and approval before delivery of final rendering

We will update you weekly, at least once per week, until final design is delivered to you. Included within the weekly update, we will be more than glad to address and respond to your questions and concerns that you may have emailed to us previously to receiving your weekly progress report

One (1) revision is included with your purchase of your 3D rendering service. This revision must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your final deliverables [final 3D rendering image(s)]. Any additional revisions will be charged at a design hourly fee of $197 per hour

Customer service on your 3D rendering service project will be superbly and happily provided to you up to 14 calendar days after you receive your final 3D rendering(s) deliverables

Most communications for this service are conducted virtually, via email and/or Zoom/Skype/Phone

The deliverables for this service are administered via your private, password-protected client page on our website. This page will include all drawings, documents, contract agreement and any other relevant archives associated with your particular design project. This page remains active for a limited time; therefore, you should save all files to your computer during the tenure of your project or within 30-days after the closure of your project
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

A copy of your actual floor plan; or if not available, your room’s details such as measurements to include the walls, windows, doors, electrical outlets, plumbing locations, ceiling height, etc.

Details of existing or desired material selections, any appliances and lighting, etc. For example, if you have any design items such as dark wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, four (4) kitchen pendants, baseboards/molding, gray colored walls, etc., please be so kind to provide us with that information to bring more realism to your 3D image

Provide links and/or details for any existing furnishings and accessories, recently purchased furniture, or that you plan to purchase. At best as possible, please provide us with all design items you want considered and included in your 3D rendering

Your existing or desired furniture plan layout for your space (tell us where you want plan to put the sofa, the coffee table, the side chairs, etc.)

Any photos and/or video of your space(s). If you are in the Houston metropolitan area and feel more comfortable for us to take measurements, photos and videos of your space(s) for you, we will gladly provide you with on-site measurement service for an additional fee of $357 (max 2 hours). If we are on-site at your home beyond 2 hours, an additional fee of $197 per hour will be charged to you.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE?

Construction Documents: The 3D rendering image is for design purposes only. This is to provide you with initial preliminary design assumption and mockups. Any 3D image supplied by K Lilia Interior Design cannot and must not be used for construction purposes

Research, Design Concept and Sourcing of Furniture: You are the sole party responsible for finding and sourcing the furnishing items to be incorporated and displayed in your 3D photorealistic image. We, at K Lilia Interior Design, love to design... from coming up with the concept…to finding the furniture pieces…all the way to final installation of the items. Therefore, if you need any of those tasks or all of these tasks, we encourage you to invest in either our eDesign or full-service design service. Investing in either of these services allows us to develop a cohesive singular voice for your home that truly tells your unique story, your way
WHAT IS YOUR FINANCIAL INVESTMENT FOR THIS SERVICE?

One (1) 3D view of your space starts at $897 per view. The total amount of investment is determined by the scope of the entire project: any architectural features such as windows, doors, beams, etc., along with any furniture items, lighting, accessories, appliances, etc. that must be incorporated and displayed in your 3D view

Your investment is per one (1) unique view (1 image = 1 view) per one (1) room only. If you find yourself in need of more than one (1) 3D unique view of your room; the investment for each view, each 3D image is applied individually. However, if at the time you make your investment into our 3D rendering service, you indicate that you would like to invest in multiple views of your room, we offer you anywhere from 10 to 20 percent discount towards your total investment for all requested 3D views. The specific amount for the discount is determined by the totality of the scope of the project and at the discretion of K Lilia Interior Design
HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?
We need to first speak with you, have an initial meeting virtually either by phone or video, to acquire the detailed information about the specific needs and objectives for your 3D rendering service project.

You can purchase this service online and book your initial meeting through our online booking system by clicking here. An initial payment of $897 [which is the investment of one (1) 3D view] is required upon booking online. When you use our online booking system to purchase this service, you will also schedule your initial meeting, simultaneously.

A full payment of your investment for your 3D rendering service is required before any design work begins on your 3D rendering service project. If after our initial meeting, it is determined that the total scope of your 3D rendering service project will require a higher design fee than the initial payment of $897, an invoice will be submitted to you to pay the remaining balance. This invoice must be paid-in-full before we continue any further design work on your project.

This is a customized design service. Your financial investment for 3D rendering services are non-refundable and final sale.

Cancellation Policy
Design service fees, consultation fees and any initial payment design service fees (interchangeably called booking fees) are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment(s), we are happy to reschedule anytime if you have notified us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment(s).
